• Interact with clients as a direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best‑practices
• Work to maintain our world‑class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
• Develop and outline project specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
• Organize, manage and communicate project schedules to internal team members
• Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
• Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining project timelines and keeping projects within scope
• Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• 20% testing content management systems, e‑commerce store functionality, custom project builds, and design elements against your specs and evaluating them for UX and conversion rate optimization for quality assurance
• 25% developing web project specifications and managing schedules of internal designers and developers (acting as POC for projects you’re managing)
