Givaudan is seeking talented individuals to join their Mount Olive, NJ team. We offer a unique opportunity to work hands on in a dynamic production environment while supporting operations, training and process improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:
Pay: $24
Shifts Available:
8:00am to 5:00pm

• Continuous improvement and process optimization which involves participating in efficiency and layout improvement projects
• Partner with Supervisors, union team members and temporary employees to coordinate trainings and track development activities
• Contribute to the creation and organization of training materials that support operational excellence
• Collaborate with Sample lab team to manage daily activities and track key performance indicators.

• Current student or graduate with a degree in engineering, operations management or a related field
• Strong interest in manufacturing and process optimization
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
