You’re the kind of person who gets a rush from discovering why people click, share, search, and engage. You love creative storytelling just as much as digging into data to see what worked (and what totally didn’t). You’re curious, adaptable, collaborative, and ready to explore the wide world of agency life—from SEO to analytics to content to advertising… and maybe even discover what you want to do for the rest of your career.

You don’t need to know everything (yet). You just need enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to jump into real client work with a team that will teach, support, and challenge you.

What You’ll Need:
  • Interest in digital marketing, content, analytics, or media (any combo is welcome!)
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and collaborative‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Curiosity and a willingness to try new tools, tactics, and techniques
Nice-to-have (but not required):

Experience with Google Analytics, social platforms, content tools, SEO platforms, Sheets/Excel, or creative tools.

What You’ll Do:

SEO + Social & Content

Get hands‑on experience connecting content storytelling with discoverability and engagement. You might:

  • Research keywords, search trends, and content opportunities
  • Assist with SEO audits and performance reviews
  • Support content creation for blogs, social posts, and digital campaigns
  • Help with community monitoring and social listening
  • Learn how content, search, and social all work together to drive measurable results
Paid Media + Analytics

Learn how campaigns are built, launched, optimized, reported, and improved. You might:

  • Assist with media planning, audience research, competitive insights, and keyword research
  • Help build Search, Display, and Paid Social campaigns
  • Pull performance data and develop client-facing reports
  • Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • See firsthand how analytical insights fuel smarter media decisions

This role is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego office, with at least 2-3 days in the office
