Capgemini is looking for an Innovation Analyst to drive forward transformative initiatives in the insurance sector. In this role, you will organize and manage cutting‑edge projects that explore, design, and implement emerging technologies—such as AI, machine learning, and data‑driven strategies—to reimagine traditional insurance practices and deliver measurable business impact. Your work will help shape next‑generation AI solutions for global insurers. • Conduct Emerging Technology Research with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science trends in insurance.
• Develop Proof of Concepts leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support Sales Enablement for innovation offerings, including AI/GenAI‑based solutions.
• Engage with the External Ecosystem (partners, events, publications) to identify cutting‑edge Insur Tech and AI opportunities.
• Perform Strategic Business Analysis & Planning for technology‑driven insurance transformation.
• Provide Hands‑on Project Management for innovation projects.
• Create and deliver Impactful Presentations showcasing AI‑driven insights and innovation strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
  , or related fields).
• Passion for technology and innovation, especially in AI and data‑driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of the Insur Tech industry and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
  .
• Must be comfortable traveling to Hartford, Princeton (NJ), and Columbus (OH) for client workshops and innovation events.
• Must also be open to relocation across the U.S. both now and in the future.

• 1–2 years of experience with data science and analytical tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
• Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning models and deployment.
