  • Design-minded: Good eye for brand and layout; confident building assets using templates in tools like Canva, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized: Skilled at tracking details, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Multi-channel capable: Able to support campaigns across social, email, website, webinars, events, podcasts, and sales enablement.
  • Data-curious: Interested in performance metrics and eager to learn how data informs campaign improvements.
  • Collaborative team player: Brings positive energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive learner: Comfortable asking questions, researching best practices, and applying feedback to improve execution.

  • Create and deploy emails, landing pages, and campaign assets using pre-built templates.
  • Support campaign and website performance reporting by maintaining dashboards and summarizing insights.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, podcasts, and live or virtual events.
  • Assist with sales enablement materials, presentations, and campaign follow-through.
Website & Digital Support
  • Support website updates, including publishing pages, uploading assets, updating links, and maintaining content accuracy.
  • Build landing pages and campaign pages using templates within the CMS (e.g., Word Press).
  • Assist with SEO and technical updates in collaboration with content and web specialists.
  • Help monitor web analytics and campaign performance for reporting and review.
Social Media Support
  • Support the Sr. Content Strategy Manager in executing the social media calendar through scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with engagement reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Help maintain consistent brand voice and cadence across social channels.
Asset & Systems Support
  • Help organize and maintain the marketing digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure assets and templates are current and accessible.
  • Keep campaign documentation, checklists, and process guides organized and up to date.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and customer success to help align campaigns with customer and field insights.
  • Communicate status updates and flag dependencies or risks to marketing leadership.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign support, or marketing operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot preferred), CMS platforms, and basic analytics dashboards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools to produce campaign assets from templates.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative working style.
