At Express Employment Professionals, we’re seeking a proactive recruiter to source, interview, place, and onboard candidates across a wide range of industries, including light industrial, office, skilled trades, and more, while building strong relationships with clients. What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:

• Source & recruit candidates for immediate and future job openings in various industries, including light industrial, office, skilled trades, and more.
• Conduct in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit.
• Onboard & place candidates – Ensure a smooth start and match candidates to the right clients.
• Client Meetings – Understand hiring needs and present top candidates.
• Sales Focus – Sell our services and candidates with confidence.
• Manage Full Recruitment Cycle – You’ll own the process from sourcing to placement.

  Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service Experience – Experience in multiple industries is a plus.
