The Entry Level Recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates to fill open positions throughout the organization. The Entry Level Recruiter has ownership and accountability for all aspects of the recruitment function, including creating recruitment plans, screening and scheduling interviews, making offers of employment, facilitating the onboarding process, managing the recruitment module in the HRIS, tracking key metrics, and ensuring employment law compliance.

- Work with management to determine a recruitment plan for open positions within the organization
- Find, propose, and execute creative recruiting methods to source candidates
- Create and post publications to attract candidates, such as job advertisements, social media posts, and flyers
- Screen and interview applicants in a variety of formats, including by phone, internet, and in person
- Schedule and coordinate applicants for additional interviews with management
- Monitor the recruiting budget and make recommendations to stay within budget
- Work with external vendors to ensure the best and most efficient and cost-effective recruiting tools are being used
- Propose and implement ideas for better process efficiency
- Make verbal offers and send out electronic offers
- Facilitate, track and manage the full onboarding process
- Maintain and utilize our ADP recruitment module database
- Track and report out on key recruiting metrics
- One-two years of customer service experience (recruiting experience is preferred)
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
