Overview
Bike Program and Services Director (Full-Time, Hybrid – Litchfield, CT).
Location:
Litchfield, Connecticut (must be within 30–45 minutes of location). Active Hospitality / Outdoor Recreation / Travel & Tourism.

We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a mechanically inclined, organized, and people-focused leader to serve as our Bike Program and Services Director at our Litchfield location.
- Fleet Management
:
Manage, maintain, and prep our high-end rental fleet (primarily Specialized e-bikes and gravel bikes). Perform routine bike safety checks and coordinate repairs (training available). Load and unload bikes for tours and events (must lift 60+ lbs). - Program & Tour Coordination
:
Schedule and staff e-bike tours, rentals, and partner-based hospitality experiences. Occasionally lead or support guided rides and community programming. Liaise with partner hotels and local hosts to deliver seamless guest experiences. Deliver exceptional service at every guest touchpoint. Train and oversee seasonal staff and tour guides. Work closely with internal teams to manage workflows and logistics. - Operations & Tech Tools
:
Maintain schedules, bookings, and inventory in coordination with management. Use digital tools (Google Workspace, POS systems, etc.) to streamline operations. Identify and solve problems proactively, with professionalism and ownership.
- Required: Must live within 30–45 minutes of Litchfield, CT (relocation support available for the right candidate)
- Mechanically inclined — confident around bikes, tools, repairs, or eager and quick to learn
- Able to lift at least 60 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Available for immediate start
- Preferred: Prior experience in bike shops, rentals, tours, or outdoor recreation/hospitality
- Familiarity with Lightspeed POS, Google Drive, or other booking systems
- Experience leading or coordinating group tours, events, or wellness programming
- Full-time, year-round
- Hybrid (mix of onsite operations, remote planning/logistics, and in-person tours/events)
