Responsibilities- Build relationships and connection with spa guests
- Actively listen to team members’ and guests’ feedback, resolving any issues or conflicts in a way that is mutually beneficial
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and team camaraderie
- Inspire the team to go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for the guests
- Motivate team members while holding them accountable to Burke Williams standards for performance
- Monitor team’s performance through coaching, training, and feedback
- Recognize and reward high performance individuals as well as the team collectively
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is running in a safe and efficient manner including opening and closing procedures
- Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
- You’re passionate about connecting with guests and team members on an individual level
- You are not looking for a “desk job”
- You are able to make quick assessments and decisions in the moment that are relevant to each unique situation
- You’re committed to high standards
- You are passionate about attention to detail and anticipating the needs of guests

- Pay $26/HR plus commission, bonuses, and incentives
