As a Caribbean Hospitality Specialist
, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating warm, memorable moments for each guest with top-tier service and authentic Caribbean energy. This role blends attentiveness, personality, and pride in our heritage to ensure guests leave feeling seen, satisfied, and ready to return.

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and a welcoming island vibe
• Guide guests through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented attitude
• Uphold cultural values of hospitality, respect, and good vibes

• Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for Caribbean culture, food, and music
• Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
