Role OverviewAs a Global Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for Global Information Services and Finance leadership teams. Your insights will drive strategic decisions across Cooper Vision and Cooper Surgical divisions.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate financial reports for capital projects and operating expenses (Opex).
- Manage capital expenditure approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with accounting teams on journal entries, project reviews, and lease reporting.
- Maintain and update budgeting and forecasting models and headcount planning tools.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support global and regional teams in budget preparation and forecasting submissions.
- Monitor professional services, software licensing, and maintenance expenses.
- Plus other duties as assigned
3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance; experience in IT budgeting preferred.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA/CMA/MBA a plus.
Skills- Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation DisclosureFor U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $62,825.00 and $83,767.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
