As a member services associate, you’ll be the first person our members see – and the one they count on to make their financial lives a little easier. Whether it’s processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, or answering questions and updating accounts, you’ll provide friendly, reliable service every step of the way. More than that, you’ll help members feel confident about their finances by sharing knowledge, offering support, and connecting them with the right tools to achieve their goals.

• Receive and process members’ financial transactions
• Balance cash drawer and daily check activities
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and members
• Work in a supportive, positive environment

• 20-25 hours a week (typically 11:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.), including one weekend a month (Saturday 8:45 a.m.
  
  -1:15 p.m. and Sunday 11:45 a.m.
  
  -2:15 p.m.)
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
