Hours: 40 hours per week

TD Securities is a market leader in capital markets and corporate & investment banking, delivering a full suite of integrated products and services across industries. The Investment Banking Summer Analyst program offers hands‑on experience and deep insights into day‑to‑day work.

• Build and maintain complex financial models.
• Perform financial analyses and apply valuation tools to assess opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive company and industry research.
• Draft external marketing materials and client pitch presentations.
• Support execution of financing and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Corporate & Investment bank.

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Driven results, academic excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• High ethical and professional standards.
• Strong financial/analytical skills; knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership (e.g., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, philanthropy).

February 1, 2026. Interviews will occur on a rolling basis from January through April.
