The Game Day Authentics Associate is responsible for all in-games sales of authenticated merchandise at Target Field.

• Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed prior to gates opening for each game.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Provide information to fans that may have questions about the Minnesota Twins Authentics program.
• Put all products away after the conclusion of the game.
• Handle credit transactions.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of past and current Minnesota Twins players, as well as other players around Major League Baseball is required.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, friendly, and the ability to work with others.
• Self-starter with leadership skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work all Minnesota Twins home games which can include mid-week afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays as game schedule requires.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
