We are seeking an individual who is excited about hosting birthday parties, has great customer services, loves being around children, is creative, engaging, and can stimulate a safe environment for children while ensuring their well-being on Saturdays.

You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of our space—greeting guests, assisting parents and children, checking families in and out, and helping ensure our Saturday parties and events run smoothly.

During our birthday and event times you will be helping with set up and decorations, greetings families warmly and assisting the birthday parents with any needs they may have. You will also be using our PCS system to ensure people fill out waivers and checking out people who are buying coffee or other snacks. After the party you will be helping with clean‑up.

This position is great for the person who loves being friendly and creating a warm and hospitable environment.

• Greet parents and children in a friendly manner
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships
• Host parties and events in a friendly manner building relationships with people and ensuring a fabulous party/event for all involved.
• Capture photos and videos for social media (photos, reels, event highlights)
• Operate Point of Sale system and process transactions
• Maintain a clean and safe play environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist with cleaning (e.g., restrooms, reception area, cafe)

• Experience with children
• Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children
• customer service skills including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Barista skills are a plus!
• Must meet state requirements for the position, including PA/FBI Clearances and Background Checks

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Free snacks and beverages
