Your Impact:

As a Community Climate Advocate, you’ll be improving community health and sustainability one home at a time. As part of our canvassing team, you’ll help families breathe cleaner air, reduce their energy consumption, and create more comfortable living environments while educating them about the environmental benefits of energy‑efficient climate control solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Join our high energy canvassing team to connect with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
  • Discuss how modern HVAC systems benefit both their comfort and the environment
  • Educate community members about available energy‑efficiency incentives, rebates, and tax credits
  • Help homeowners understand their current home’s energy performance and indoor air quality challenges
  • Guide customers toward HVAC solutions that maximize comfort while minimizing environmental impact
  • Participate in local community events to raise awareness about healthy home environments and energy conservation

Your Compensation:
  • Commission only structure following training (on-target earnings $110,000/year)
