As an interventionist, you’ll help students in kindergarten through third grade to become better readers using evidence-based, scripted interventions. With great training and onsite coaching, we’ll prepare you to work one-on-one or in small groups to help kids develop their reading skills and confidence! We are looking for people who have a desire to help kids succeed. Join the team that empowers Michigan kids to reach their highest level of academic achievement in reading and math.

Monday – Friday, during the school day. Position starts late August 2026 and end late May 2027 (part time positions also available).

• Must be 18 years of age or older by your start date.
• Must have at least a high school diploma or recognized equivalent by your start date.
• Must be either a citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident alien of the United States.
• Must pass mandatory pre-service background checks.
• Must not have served 4 or more prior terms of service with Ameri Corps State or National.
