Do you feel called to shepherd and care for people facing life’s challenges? Shout Church is searching for a bi-vocational Pastoral Care Pastor to lead our efforts in providing spiritual, emotional, and practical care to our congregation and community. This part-time position is ideal for someone with gifts in counseling, encouragement, and compassionate ministry.
About the Role- Provide biblical counseling, prayer, and support to individuals and families.
- Equip and lead care teams for hospital visits, crisis response, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and ministry leaders to identify and meet care needs.
- Develop resources and support systems for spiritual and emotional wellness.
- Model Christlike compassion and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and a good listener.
- Trained in pastoral care, counseling, or related ministry (seminary or Bible college preferred).
- Able to serve bi-vocationally (part-time) and respond flexibly to needs.
- Committed to helping people experience the love and presence of Christ in every season.
Focused on authentic worship, Bible teaching, and practical ministry.

Located in Sierra Vista, AZ (serving Hereford and Huachuca City).
