Position SummaryAs an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage curiosity, kindness, and independence. You will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to nurturing the whole child—intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically—while incorporating Jewish values and traditions in your teaching.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards and Bright Stars criteria.
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and positive social interactions.
- Observe and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress with families.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners to support children’s holistic growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and center-wide events.
- Uphold health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Work at a Bright Stars Level 3 and NAEYC accredited center known for excellence and continuous improvement.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children three months to five years old in licensed early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive teaching.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
