The Academic Counselor supports students and families by providing academic planning, course guidance, and educational advising. This role works closely with students to help them navigate academic pathways and make informed educational decisions.
Responsibilities- Advise students on course planning, academic goals, and school pathways
- Monitor student academic progress and provide structured guidance
- Communicate with families regarding academic development
- Collaborate with teachers to align instruction and student support
- Maintain accurate academic records and planning documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or related fields
- Experience in academic advising, counseling, or education preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with U.S. K–12 education systems is a plus
