As a Entry Level Customer Event Representative, You Will:
- Engage directly with customers by recommending products and services tailored to their specific needs or interests
- Ensure sales transactions are completed in a timely and professional manner, while providing a great customer experience in the process
- Create empathetic, caring, and professional lasting connections with customers
- Support fellow customer service associates and sales teams in surpassing goals and achieving sales targets
- Inform customers of sales promotions, pricing, installation times, and any additional information needed
- Participate in training meetings, conferences, or sales calls, ensuring up-to-date knowledge
Entry Level Customer Event Representative
Qualifications:
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- An energetic, confident approach combined with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Prior customer service associate or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Display a growth-oriented mindset with a dedication to ongoing self-improvement
- Remain composed and professional under pressure, especially in fast-paced or challenging situations
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work daily (personal vehicle preferred), with the addition of our retail locations within a 40-50 mile radius from our office
