Role Summary
We are looking for a Content Creator Marketing Specialist at SOL3 to lead short‑form video across brand accounts on Tik Tok and Reels. This role requires both creative ability and technical expertise. Candidates must be able to create, produce, and appear in content that drives high-quality, impactful user engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, film, and edit short‑form video content for Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Create video concepts, implement marketing strategies, and incorporate latest trends for maximum engagement/conversions.
- Act as on‑camera personality for product tutorials, interactive posts, and related promotional brand content.
- Performance‑based bonuses for ad creatives that perform well in live campaigns.
- Free sneakers and new products:
Supplies used to create content you can generally keep. We will also provide you with all necessary video equipment. - Operational autonomy:
This is mainly a standalone role, which provides autonomy and creative freedom to deliver measurable results.

- Proven record of successful social media content creation on Instagram or Tik Tok.
- Moderate to high familiarity with sneakers and the footwear industry.
- Proficiency in professional video editing (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Comfortable acting as on‑camera brand personality, providing video narration, and demonstrating products.
- Ability to create polished advertising and product visuals.

- A portfolio with proof of relevant social media content you have created.
- A brief summary of your familiarity with sneakers and footwear.
- A clear confirmation that you meet all five qualifications listed above.
