This paid internship provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to thrive in the real world while building a competitive edge for their careers after graduation.

As an intern with our company, students oversee the day-to-day operations of running a small business. Interns gain exposure to nearly all the functions of a business owner from marketing and sales to leadership and financial management. No prior experience is required because YEAA provides full training and ongoing mentorship. We seek motivated, driven, and hardworking students who are eager to challenge themselves and grow.

• Learn and apply entry-level management skills
• Plan and implement marketing strategies
• Develop and execute business plans
• Make daily business decisions with real-world impact
• Report on business performance and progress
• Part-Time obligation during the Spring (training & preseason preparation)
• Full-Time obligation during the Summer (management & operations)
• Paid Internship (Average income: $18,000)
• Internship credit is available through most universities
• Gain hands-on business management experience
• Business is managed in hometown if territory is available
