About the RoleWe’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented intern to support several businesses operating out of the same Acworth office. This role is ideal for a marketing undergraduate (students encouraged to apply) who wants hands-on experience with social media posting, account maintenance, light marketing support, and office organization.
A computer will be provided, along with all necessary branding assets, plus a camera and lighting setup for creating content.

- Social Media & Marketing
— Schedule and publish posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, Google Business Profile as applicable) - — Maintain accounts (profile consistency, basic updates, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member)
- — Assist with creating simple content using provided brand materials, camera, and lighting
- — Organize content ideas, captions, and a basic posting calendar
- — Track simple engagement metrics and share quick weekly notes on performance
- Administrative / Filing
— General filing (digital and physical), scanning, and document organization - — Light data entry and maintaining organized marketing folders/assets
- — Other small office tasks that support marketing and operations
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (students welcome)
- Experience using major social platforms and understanding of basic posting best practices
- Comfortable learning tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace (helpful but not required)
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple brands/projects
- Able to work mostly on-site in Acworth with a consistent weekly schedule
- On-site workstation computer
