The Office of Residence Life is looking for a Graduate Assistant for the 2026–2027/2028 academic years. This role is a great opportunity for a graduate student interested in operations, engagement, and student support.
The Graduate Assistant will support housing operations, assist with major residential initiatives such as RA training, move-in, and hall closings, and help develop programs that enhance the commuter student experience and sense of belonging on campus. The position works closely with students, parents, and campus partners while gaining valuable professional experience in student life.
Candidates must be or plan to be enrolled in a graduate program at Nichols College and have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
