Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. Responsibilities
  • Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in personal assistant duties, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Plan and execute events related to real estate listings or client engagements.
  • Maintain financial records using Quick Books for tracking expenses and transactions.
Skills
  • Proficiency in phone systems for effective communication.
  • Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for efficient scheduling.
  • Background in personal assistant roles is a plus.
