Responsibilities- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in personal assistant duties, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Plan and execute events related to real estate listings or client engagements.
- Maintain financial records using Quick Books for tracking expenses and transactions.
- Proficiency in phone systems for effective communication.
- Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for efficient scheduling.
- Background in personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
