In this role, you’ll be provided in-depth and individualized training with Quick Books Online and our own software, Business Solutions Software, to prepare you for success.
Tasks we will train you to perform:
- Process our clients’ accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll as needed for our clients
- Assist our clients with their customer billing
- Coach our clients to observe best practices to minimize the risk of audit

- Ability to take and reference notes for your own professional development
- A sense of humor
This position starts as part- or full-time, depending on the needs of the candidate, and we will maintain our focus on flexibility in schedule to accommodate individual needs of the employee.

Wage growth is aggressive, with frequent pay raises for those who put in consistent effort and display growth within the role. Quarterly profit share bonuses are available and, after completion of a probationary period, are based on an hours-worked model; the more you work, the more your bonus is. Historically, this bonus has averaged $2-3 per hour worked.
