Staff Accountant

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Performs monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by processing invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with team members to complete audits and resolve any financial discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, MIP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
