• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting them in overcoming challenges and resolving dilemmas.
• Maintain fitness to practice by meeting professional regulatory requirements and upholding the reputation of the profession.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor less experienced social workers, ensuring high standards of practice.
• Contribute to a busy duty system and make essential decisions to support team managers.
• Engage in community development and resource management, utilizing local networks and groups.
• Record and report information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal frameworks.
