Locum Social Worker – Court & Exploitation Experience (Dudley Adolescent Safeguarding Service)
EUROPEAN BIZ HEALTHCARE is recruiting on behalf of Dudley’s Adolescent Safeguarding Service, a specialist team working with teenagers facing complex risks including exploitation, trauma, and disrupted relationships. The service is led by Longina and Michelle and offers a collaborative, values-driven environment for experienced social workers who want to make a real impact.

What the Client Wants
The client is looking for experienced Locum Social Workers who can confidently manage complex adolescent safeguarding and court-related work, including:
* Strong court work experience (reports, evidence, proceedings)
* Proven safeguarding experience with adolescents at risk
* Knowledge and experience of exploitation, trauma and contextual safeguarding
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-agency setting
* A compassionate, relationship-led approach to practice
