The role focuses on supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers (ASYE) by sitting alongside them in teams, modelling good practice, and providing group supervision and one-to-one development support. You will play a key role in improving practice quality and outcomes for children and families within Dudley’s Family Safeguarding model.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with significant post-qualifying experience
* Experience supporting and developing social workers
* Practice Educator experience desirable
* Strong safeguarding and children’s social care knowledge
