An established and highly regarded dealership based in Stourbridge is looking to expand its workshop team with the appointment of an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician.

Stourbridge
40 hour working week, permanent
£32,000 - £35,000 plus bonuses
As a Level 3 Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of mechanical and technical duties, ensuring all motorhomes are fully prepared, safe and road‑ready prior to customer handover.
- Servicing and routine maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering and engine work
- Timing belts, clutches and gearbox repairs where required
- Electrical diagnostics and fault finding
- Pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) and vehicle health checks
- MOT preparation and repair work (Desirable)
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Supporting habitation checks and ancillary systems (training provided if required)
- Ensuring all paperwork and job cards are completed accurately
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and adhering to health & safety standards
You will be working on a variety of base vehicles and motorhome conversions, offering interesting and varied daily tasks compared to a standard car dealership environment.

Essential Requirements- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven workshop experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working on motorhomes, campervans or light commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of habitation systems
- MOT Tester qualification
