We are seeking a confident and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our field sales team in Dudley
. This is a performance-led, target-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals who already understand sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.

You will promote and sell UrFibre’s fibre broadband services directly to residential and business customers, building rapport, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell UrFibre’s ultra-fast fibre broadband services
  • Engage potential customers to understand their connectivity needs
  • Adapt sales pitches based on customer feedback and non-verbal cues
  • Handle objections and rejection with resilience and a positive mindset
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Use strong negotiation skills to convert interest into confirmed sales
  • Accurately process orders using company-provided systems
Earnings & Commission Structure:
  • £500 guaranteed weekly basic (£26,000 annually)
  • Average earnings: £4,000 per month
  • Top performers: Up to £8,000 per month
  • Uncapped commission with ongoing work based on consistent performance
