About the Role - Assistant Manager

This is a hands on leadership role, supporting the Store Manager with the day to day retail operations of the store. As Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

Lead by example and set the standard for service
Support and motivate the team to achieve targets
Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
Assist with rotas, payroll, and stock control
Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

What you'll need

Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
Background within retail or hospitality
Strong people skills and a positive leadership style
Confident, organised, and commercially aware
Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
