The Role:

• Setting and operating CNC machines equipped with Fanuc controls.
• Working on large, one-off precision components, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to achieve precise specifications.
• Conducting quality checks and making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize machining processes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Setter, preferably in a precision engineering environment.
• Expertise with Fanuc controls and ability to program/edit as required.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling selection.
• Ability to work on one-off, bespoke components with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
