Overview
Mechanical Fitter - Permanent Position
Location:
Stourbridge (Water Treatment Plant)
Salary: £19 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date:
ASAP

- Mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within a water treatment environment
- Working on pumps, valves, pipework, motors, and associated plant machinery
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards and site procedures
- Fault-finding and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Supporting ongoing upgrades and site improvement works
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
- Previous experience in water treatment or heavy industrial environments (advantageous)
- Strong mechanical knowledge across pumps, valves, and rotating equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- £19 per hour - PAYE
- Permanent position with long-term stability
- Immediate start available
