CNC Turner Programmer

Monday to Thursday, 14:30-01:00 Days available. Salary: £16 to £18 p/h depending on experience. Shift allowance of £1 p/h (for back shift). Must have the full rights to work within the UK (No sponsorship offered).

We're working with a leading precision engineering firm based in Kingswinford that specialises in the production of high‑integrity fasteners and machined components for sectors such as petrochemical, energy, and offshore.

As a CNC Turner Programmer, you'll be responsible for:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc controls).
• Producing high‑precision components to tight tolerances.
• Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
• Performing in‑process inspections using various measuring tools.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the workshop.

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner with strong programming and setting capabilities.
• Confident using Fanuc controls (experience with Mazatrol or Siemens is a bonus).
• Ability to read complex technical drawings and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with working to tight tolerances in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work the back shift schedule.
• Background in the fastener or precision engineering sector.
• Understanding of AS9100 or other quality management systems.
