MIG Welder & Fabricator

This MIG Welder & Fabricator position offers steady weekday hours, consistent work, and the chance to be part of a well-established workshop producing quality steelwork.

You'll be stepping into a stable, long-term role with predictable hours and no pressure around forced overtime. The work is varied, technical, and rewarding, with clear expectations and a strong focus on quality rather than rushing jobs out of the door.

• MIG welding and fabricating mild steel components from detailed engineering drawings
• Producing multi-run welds up to 25mm thickness
• Carrying out fabrication work to a consistently high standard
• Preparing, assembling, and finishing components accurately
• Maintaining safe working practices and quality checks throughout the process

• Proven ability to MIG weld to a high standard
• Strong experience fabricating directly from technical drawings
• Confidence completing multi-run welds up to 25mm
• Solid understanding of fabrication techniques and tolerances

Working hours:

7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (standard hours, no guaranteed overtime).
