CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator

Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour - Depending on experience

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:15pm / Friday 7:30 to 12:00

We're currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machine Setter/Operator/Programmer to join a precision engineering manufacturer based in Dudley.

Responsibilities
_ Setting, programming, and operating a range of CNC Milling machines.
_ Machines include a brand-new Doosan NH400 Horizontal Twin Pallet, Horizontal Bridgeport Twin Pallet Machine, and Cincinnati Vertical Milling Machines with 4th Axis.
_ Using CAD/CAM software (Dolphin) when required.
_ Manufacturing precision and bearing components to tight tolerances.
_ Working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
_ Promoting good housekeeping and maintaining an efficient, safe workspace.

Requirements
_ Proven experience in CNC Milling, including setting and basic programming on Fanuc controls.
_ Ability to set tools, edit programs, and confidently understand G & M codes.
_ Experience using CAD/CAM software (not essential but advantageous).
_ Ability to self-inspect using micrometers, verniers, and depth gauges.
_ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
