We are seeking a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to head up our Residential Conveyancing team. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding client service, and lead a talented team as part of our growth plans.
Your role:
- Lead and develop the conveyancing team
- Oversee complex residential property transactions
- Ensure compliance and best practice
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive innovation and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Significant residential conveyancing experience
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong technical knowledge (SDLT, Land Registry, lender requirements)
