Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step, or an established Home Manager seeking a new challenge? We are recruiting for a compassionate, motivated, and hands‑on Home Manager to lead a welcoming 15+ bedded residential home in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

• Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home
• Leading and supporting a dedicated care team
• Ensuring CQC compliance and high standards of care
• Overseeing care plans, assessments, and resident wellbeing
• Managing rotas, staffing, and recruitment
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Driving a warm, person‑centred culture within the service

• Current Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong understanding of residential care
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Compassionate, organised, and committed to high‑quality care
