Role: Cleaning Operative – delivering excellent service standards, meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Permanent

Type: Part Time

Hours: 9 per week

Shift Days: 3 hours per day (Monday, Friday & Saturday)

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Location: Boots, Merry Hill Centre, Dudley, West Midlands, England, DY5 1QT

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor
