Job role

Maintaining and updating the PAX system, including eligibility checks and end‑date management, to support accurate statutory and operational reporting.

Reviewing and validating daily log sheets to maintain up‑to‑date information on children accessing transport, supporting timely route reviews and optimisation.

Monitoring and recording attendance for Travel Support Allowance recipients to ensure accurate, policy‑compliant payment calculations.

Verifying vehicle allocations for all routes and entering details from new route forms to ensure contracted vehicles are correctly deployed and all assigned staff meet required clearance standards.

Administering and recovering costs associated with badges and mandatory training, including consolidating attendance for Child Protection training and processing badges for invoicing to ensure accurate financial recovery.
