Senior Microsoft Specialist

Vantage 365 helps organisations move from “it works” to “this changes everything” using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. We design practical, well-architected solutions that solve real operational problems — not just pretty demos.

We’re looking for someone who can commute to our office in Brierley Hill and work closely with the team.

You’ll work directly with clients to turn business problems into working solutions. That means:

• Running requirement workshops and asking the right questions
• Designing clean, scalable architectures
• Building in SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Deploying, refining and owning what you deliver
• Acting as the technical lead for your clients

You won’t just build what you’re told.

• Strong SharePoint Online experience — structure, permissions, governance
• Solid Power Apps experience (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
• Power Automate expertise — production-ready flows, not just quick wins
• Experience taking requirements and translating them into real solutions
• Confidence managing stakeholders from a technical perspective
• Clear communication skills — you can explain complex ideas simply

• Experience working in a consultancy environment
