* 70% permanent / 30% contract

* High fees, senior-level candidates

* Professional, consultative conversations with high-calibre clients and talent

Training & Development (This Is a Big Deal)

You’ll have access to a dedicated Learning & Development Consultant who comes into the office three times a month.

This isn’t generic training. He’s built recruitment teams of 40+ consultants from scratch, comes from a tech background, and provides a clear, structured career path to help you progress and earn commission faster.
