• Provide stimulating and meaningful activities for residents, tailoring activities to individual skills, hobbies and interests to improve quality of life while promoting and upholding residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
• Create a happy and caring atmosphere, putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological activities tailored to the individual.
• Participate in varied activities which may include accompanying residents to local events, leading chair exercise classes, reminiscing with residents about childhood holidays, or doing arts and crafts.

• No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided.
• This role would suit you if you enjoy leading and organising activities, are organised, sociable, active, and enjoy bringing people together.
