This full‑time, term‑time role is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and provides an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as neurodiverse conditions such as ASD.
MainDuties

- Develop, deliver and evaluate therapeutic training for education staff.
- Use outcome and evaluation tools to measure intervention effectiveness and report findings to senior management.
- Provide specialist OT knowledge and guidance through consultation with colleagues.
- Attend team meetings, CPD days and contribute to service development initiatives.

- Passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence and personal achievement.
- Resilient, enthusiastic and able to work across multiple school sites.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
