£12.31 per hour in Netherton, Dudley (40 hours per week)
Night shift: 9:45 pm – 7:45 am, full flexibility and working weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals and daily activities.
  • Assisting with the development of person‑centred plans, including employment, education and other opportunities.
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
  • Providing personal care where needed.
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
Qualifications and Experience

12 months experience supporting those with autism and complex needs.

Strong values, energetic, and a real passion to enable the individuals we support to achieve ongoing opportunities.

Any successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
