Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate from an SME background, ideally in Manufacturing.

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a well-established business with ambitious growth plans! The ideal candidate is from an SME background, has a can‑do attitude and will be eager to get involved. This role is dynamic and all‑encompassing, where no two days are the same, and offers an opportunity to handle day‑to‑day financial activities, engage in strategic planning and contribute to the business’s ongoing success.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, review month‑end processes, post all journals and provide initial results review and commentary.
• Conduct annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

• Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally from an SME Manufacturing business.
• Possess a strong understanding of financial strategies and month‑end close activities.
• Have working experience in producing financial reports and conducting cash flow management.
• Be a proactive individual, with a positive attitude, thatాని keen to get involved and work with a hands‑on approach.
