The Role

Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of industrial press machinery at customer sites
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fault-finding on a range of equipment
Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
Providing on-site technical support and advice to customers
Accurately completing service reports and job documentation
Representing the business professionally while working independently in the field
Occasional overnight stays depending on location and customer requirements

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within industrial machinery, presses, or similar equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills (hydraulics experience highly desirable)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
